Welcome to Innie and Outtie. By placing an order through this store you agree to the following terms.
About us. This store is operated by Innie and Outtie, an Australian business based in Sydney, New South Wales. Contact us any time at support@innie-outie.com.au.
Pricing. All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices shown to Australian customers include GST. Prices for orders shipped outside Australia do not include GST. We may update pricing at any time, but the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.
Orders. When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, for example where a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund promptly.
Payment. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify Payments and the payment methods displayed. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping and returns. Delivery timeframes, shipping rates and our returns process are set out in our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Product use. Our products support hot and cold therapy routines and general recovery. They are not medical devices and nothing on this store is medical advice. Always follow the usage and safety instructions supplied with each product. Water treatment products, test strips and the chemical dispenser must be used strictly as directed and kept out of reach of children. Red Light Therapy Goggles are protective equipment and do not make red light exposure suitable for everyone. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are new to cold or heat exposure, speak with a health professional before starting.
Intellectual property. All content on this store including the Innie and Outtie name, logo, product descriptions and images is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this store or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
