Shipping policy

We ship from Sydney, Australia to customers across Australia and the United States.

Processing. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Australia. Standard shipping is $9.95 and takes 2 to 7 business days. Orders over $100 ship free, which includes every one of our kits and bundles. Express shipping is $14.95 and takes 1 to 3 business days.

United States. Standard international shipping starts at $29.95 AUD and takes 7 to 14 business days. Express international starts at $49.95 AUD and takes 5 to 8 business days. Bulky items such as the Insulated Cold Plunge Cover, Sauna Bucket and Ladle Set and Plunge Robe ship at a higher rate which is calculated automatically at checkout. All orders include tracking.

Customs and duties. Orders shipped to the United States under 800 US dollars in value generally clear customs without any import charges, which covers everything in our range including the Full Setup Bundle. In the rare case that duties or taxes apply, these are the responsibility of the customer.
