Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with everything you order from us. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.

Change of mind. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item you have changed your mind on. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping for change of mind is at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Items we cannot accept back for change of mind. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned unless faulty. This applies to the Cold Plunge 3 in 1 Water Treatment Bundle, all test strips, the Sauna Essential Oils Set, Essential Oil Capsules, Mould Prevention Spray, Magnesium Body Lotion, Post Session Body Moisturiser, Aloe Vera Gel, Magnesium Body Spray and Electrolyte Sachets. Unopened consumables in original sealed packaging can still be returned within 30 days.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will make it right with a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping. Email us at support@innie-outie.com.au with your order number and a photo and we will sort it fast.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

How to start a return. Email support@innie-outie.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with the return address and next steps.
